At DNA Tactical,Inc., we are committed to offering you the best customer service.  As part of this effort, we strive to enhanceyour shopping experience by providing knowledge, education, elaborate cataloguelistings, and e-commerce tools that can help you identify which products bestsuit your needs.

If you are not completely satisfied with yourpurchase, you can return most items, subject to the terms and conditions ofthis Return Policy, within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement orrefund. Pleasekeep in mind that although we closely monitor events and trends to maintain adiverse inventory of product on hand to meet our customers’ needs, our industryconstantly experiences swift changes in supply and demand that may make itimpractical to carry certain items in stock or fulfill certain exchangerequests.

Covered Merchandise

Subject to theprovisions of this policy, items purchased through our website may be returnedfor a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. If your item has amanufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.  This guarantee and return policy does notcover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

In someinstances, certain items are subject to manufacturer warranties and may bereplaced or repaired directly by its manufacturer or supplier. We reserve theright to refer you directly to the manufacturer or supplier for the return orrepair of such items.


Conditions, Restrictions, and Exclusions

Excluded Items. PLEASE NOTE our standard return policy doesnot apply to some items including but not limited to: ammunition, firearms,ballistic gear, gun powder, primers, batteries, food items including Meals,Ready-to-Eat (i.e. MREs), water, suppressors, Class III items, optics, andnight vision goggles. These items maynot be returned - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Availability. While we aim to anticipate surge indemand and monitor industry trends, in many instances, the items you desire toexchange may no longer be stocked in our inventory or in a quantity to satisfyyour exchange request.  If this is thecase, subject to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy, we will issuea refund to you.  In some instances, youmay choose to wait until the desired items become available; however, wereserve the right to issue you a refund for any item that has been returned tous at any time.  In such an instance, wewill contact you promptly to arrange the applicable refund.

Promotional andSpecial Merchandise Policy. DNA Tacticalpromotional sales events, including but not limited to “Deal of the Day”promotions, holiday sale events, seasonal products sales, and overstock itemsales, are events where we sell merchandise “as is.” All sales are final onitems purchased through these events. If you send any of this merchandise tothe DNA Tactical warehouse for a return or exchange, it will be returned to youat your expense. 

Additionally, ifyou choose to return discontinued items,special order items, out-of-stock items,or custom order items, as part of a refund or exchange, we will charge youa restocking fee equal to 25% of the original purchase price you paid for theitem(s).  No Exceptions.

How to Return Items

To ensure thatyour refund or exchange is processed in a timely manner, carefully follow theinstructions for returns and exchanges detailed below.  Please note that shipping and handlingcharges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in theshipment of your order or your order qualified for our Free ValueShipping Offer.

Returns andExchanges by Mail

If an eligibleitem is returned by mail, customers may choose to exchange the item, subject toavailability, or to receive a refund.

Step 1:  Upon receipt of your order, please examine itcarefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,please contact CustomerService to acquire an RMA number for your return. Once a RMA Number isissued for a specific return, it is only valid for 14 days. Please note thatCustomer Service might require you to provide proof of purchase (such as areceipt, shipping invoice, or account purchase history) to issue an RMAnumber.  Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number issued for thatspecific return request.

Step 2:  As part of our effort to make your return aseasy and hassle-free as possible, please click here to download and complete the ReturnMerchandise Form (“RMA Form”). Before returning any products to DNA Tactical bymail, you MUST complete the RMA Form thoroughly and provide the RMAnumber issued to you by our Customer Service Department.

Step 3: Prepareyour package for shipping. Please note that unless your item has amanufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, all returnablemerchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging, and all clothingand apparel must have the tags attached.

Step 4: If youreturn or exchange a product by mail, you must pay shipping costs to and fromour distribution center.  We recommendthat you ship your package with the same carrier we used to ship the item toyou and that you obtain tracking information and insurance. We are notresponsible for packages lost in transit. Items should be sent directly to ourDistribution Center at the address below.All return shipments must include a completed RMA Form with an RMA numberissued by our Customer Service Department for that return.

Step 5: Within ten business days ofreceipt of your return package, we will examine the contents of your shipmentand contact you to confirm receipt and notify you of any issues with the returnshipment. If there are no issues with your return shipment, at your option, wewill issue you a refund or begin processing an exchange, subject toavailability. If we issue you a refund, we will issue a refund of the purchaseamount to the credit card used to purchase the item or issue store credit inthe purchase amount to the purchasing customer’s account with us.  If a credit card refund is issued, pleaseallow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Step6: If you indicate on your RMA Form that you wish to exchange an item, acustomer service representative will contact you with details about theavailability of the product you wish to exchange. If the product is available,our customer service representative will also request payment information forthe cost of shipping the replacement product to you. Please keep in mind thatproducts quickly sell out. Despite our efforts, the items you wish to exchangemay not be available, and as such, we may not be able to process the requestedexchange. If the item is not readily available, you may, at your option,request a refund or wait for the item to become available again. We reserve theright, however, to issue a refund for any item in lieu of fulfilling anexchange request, and in such an event, we will contact you to arrange a refundin the purchase amount to the credit card used to purchase the item or to thepurchasing customer’s account with us.

Returns andExchanges in Person:

Step 1:  Upon receipt of your order, please examine itcarefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact Customer Service toacquire an RMA number for your return and schedule an exchangeappointment.  Once an RMA Number is issuedfor a specific return, it is only valid for 14 days. Customer service mightrequire you to provide a proof of purchase (such as a receipt, shippinginvoice, or account purchase history) to you an RMA number for the return.  Returnswill NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number issued for that specific returnrequest.

Step 2: At yourscheduled return appointment, please bring your RMA number, the originalpacking slip or invoice, the credit card used (if applicable) for the originalorder, a valid photo ID, and the item to be returned.  Please note that unless your item has amanufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, all returnablemerchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging, and all clothingand apparel must have the tags attached.

The information from ID you provide to us as part ofany return will be retained in a company-wide database of customer returnactivity that we, and our affiliates, use to authorize returns. We reserve theright to limit or refuse for any reason in-person returns and/or exchanges atall of our warehouse locations.

Step 3: We will examine your returneditem, and, if the item is eligible for a return, we will issue you a refund orbegin processing the exchange, subject to availability. If we issue you arefund, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount to the credit card usedto purchase the item or issue store credit in the purchase amount to thepurchasing customer’s account with us. If a credit card refund is issued, please allow up to two billing cyclesfor the credit to appear on your statement.

Step4:  If you wish to exchange an item andthe product is available, we will provide you with your new replacement item.Please keep in mind that our items go out of stock quickly, and certainproducts quickly sell out.  Despite our efforts,the items you wish to exchange may not be available, and as such, we may not beable to process the requested exchange. If the item is not readily available,you may, at your option, request a refund or wait for the item to becomeavailable again.  We reserve the right,however, to issue a refund for any item that you return to us for anexchange.  If a refund is issued, wewill, at your option, issue a refund of the purchase amount to the credit cardused to purchase the item or issue credit of the purchase amount in storecredit to the purchasing customer’s account with us.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for thecredit to appear on your statement.
